Make your small-business offer clearer

The example sources describe who they help and what they offer. Check whether your own service page gives buyers that detail.

  • Describe the businesses you work with.
  • Explain your services and where you operate.
  • Add approved evidence and a clear enquiry route.
Your next step

Review the suggestion with your team. Record any changes, then repeat the question to compare answers.

This is a possible improvement, not a proven reason for the omission or a guarantee of a future mention.

The useful takeaway: an answer you can inspect and a concrete improvement you can discuss with your team.

What would a customer ask before choosing a business like yours?

Whether you sell a local service, professional expertise or products online, start with the questions customers might ask when deciding who to buy from.

  • Find a provider
Which accountants help small businesses in Cape Town?
  • Compare optionsWhich office chairs suit someone working from home?
  • Check suitabilityWhich cleaning companies offer after-hours office cleaning?

These are illustrative questions you could test, not measured customer searches or evidence of how often people ask them.

From “are we mentioned?” to “what should we change?”

The planned tool brings your questions, evidence and next actions into one review process. You stay in control of what changes on your website.

  1. 01

    Choose questions that matter

Describe your business, services and ideal customers. Review suggested buyer questions and choose which ones to check.

  2. 02

    See answers and supporting sources

Inspect saved answers from available AI providers: your business mentions, other businesses and cited pages.

  3. 03

    Decide what to improve

Review proposed website actions alongside the evidence. Share them with your team, developer or AI coding assistant to assess and implement.

  4. 04

    Check again after changes

Record what changed, repeat the questions and compare later answers with earlier checks. A different answer alone does not prove that your changes caused it.

More useful than a one-off AI chat

You can ask an AI assistant about your business yourself. The planned value here is keeping the question, saved answer, cited pages and suggested actions together, ready for your next review.

An optional Google Search Console connection will bring recorded queries, impressions and clicks alongside those checks. Search activity and AI answers remain separate types of evidence.

Built by LCR. Decisions stay with you.

AI Visibility is being built by LCR Technologies for business owners and small marketing teams who want to turn findings into website work they can review.

Use the suggestions yourself or discuss them with your developer or marketing team. The tool will not edit your website automatically, and no tool can guarantee AI mentions, traffic or sales.

A few useful answers

Before you join

Why not just ask an AI assistant myself?

You can, and a one-off check can be a useful starting point. AI Visibility is being built to keep selected questions, saved answers, cited sources and website actions together, so you can review the evidence and compare later checks without piecing it together from separate chats.

Can I use AI Visibility immediately?

Not yet. This is an early-access waitlist for an upcoming self-service product. Access will open when it is ready; joining does not reserve or guarantee a place.

Will the product be free?

The waitlist is free. We are planning a once-off starter purchase with additional credits available. Pricing and usage details will be provided before you decide whether to buy.

Will this get my business recommended or bring me leads?

No tool can guarantee recommendations, citations, traffic or sales. AI Visibility is intended to help you review evidence and choose improvements. Measure qualified enquiries and customers separately.

Is this the same as answer engine optimisation?

Answer engine optimisation aims to make information easier for answer engines to understand and use. AI Visibility focuses on question checks, supporting evidence and suggested website actions. Those changes still need human review and implementation.

Will I see exactly what everyone sees in ChatGPT?

No. Checks reflect the supported provider and configuration used for that run, not every consumer experience. They do not measure how often people ask a question.

Do I need Google Search Console?

No. The planned starting point is your website and buyer questions. Connecting Google Search Console is optional.

Will it change my website automatically?

No. You review the findings, decide what is useful and implement changes yourself or share instructions with your team.

Know what to work on. Stop guessing what to change.
